'''Chateau de Cassan 1991''' — [[About Rigpa|Rigpa]]'s summer retreat near Beziers in France, from 1st—18th August 1991 with Kyabjé [[Dodrupchen Rinpoche]] and [[Sogyal Rinpoche]].

On this retreat, Dodrupchen Rinpoche gave the [[empowerment]]s of [[Buddha of Medicine|Sangye Menla]], [[Takhyung Barwa]], the long life practices of [[Rigdzin Düpa]], the [[Longchen Nyingtik]] [[Phowa]], the [[Shyitro]] of [[Karma Lingpa]], Longchen Nyingtik [[Vajrasattva]] and [[Amitabha]].

It was during this retreat that Dodrupchen Rinpoche visited L'Engayresque, the site of the future centre of [[Lerab Ling]] and blessed the land.
