*[[Jetsün Kushok Chimey Luding]] gave the ''[[lung]]'' for this sadhana (on the 18th October 2008 in [[Lerab Ling]]) when she gave a related [[empowerment]] (''wang'') and commentary (''tri'') of White Tara Wishfulling Wheel to the [[Rigpa]] sangha, thus giving the complete set of transmission that enables the practitioner to engage with the practice. There are several lineages of White Tara Wishfulfilling Wheel, and the lineage of the ''Chimé Drupé Nyelam'' on the one hand, and the empowerment and commentary on the other are slightly different.
