Danashila (Skt. Dānaśīla; Tib. དཱ་ན་ཤཱི་ལ།, Wyl. dA na shI la) was an Indian preceptor from Kashmir who was resident in Tibet during the late eighth and early ninth centuries. He was a frequent collaborator of Yeshé Dé. [1]
