Dharmodaya (Skt.; Wyl. chos 'byung, chöjung) — literally, 'the source (udaya) of all phenomena (dharma)'. It is triangular in shape and represents the space out of which all phenomena arise. Often two triangles are combined to form a star shape (as in the Star of David) known as "a crossed dharmodaya" (Wyl. chos 'byung bsnol ma).
