Dzigar Choktrul (Tib. འཛི་སྒར་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་, Wyl. 'dzi sgar mchog sprul) Incarnation Line — the successive incarnations of the great Drukpa Kagyü master Dzigar Choktrül Sönam Gyamtso. The Dzigar Choktruls are closely linked with the Khamtrul Rinpoches.

  1. Sönam Gyamtso (Wyl. bsod nams rgya mtsho) (1608-1669) — one of the main three disciples of the First Khamtrul Rinpoche, Khampa Karma Tenphel, and founder of Dzigar Monastery.
