Hayagriva (Skt. Hayagrīva; Tib. Tamdrin; Wyl. rta mgrin) — the wrathful manifestation of Avalokiteshvara who symbolizes enlightened speech, usually depicted as red in colour and with a horse's head protruding from his crown. One of the eight deities of Kagyé.
