According to [[Lama Tharchin Rinpoche]]: "In the colophon of many texts, Jigme Chöying Norbu was praised by Dudjom Rinpoche as 'my foremost discimple' or 'the best among all of my disciples'. One day, Dudjom Rinpoche  revelead a [[terma]] with a prediction of Jigme Chöying Norbu's life and his attainment of the [[rainbow body]] at death.
