Ngawang Kunga Sönam (Wyl. ngag dbang kun dga' bsod nams) aka Jamgön Anye Shyap ('jam mgon a myes zhabs) (1597-1659) was an important hierarch of the Sakya school[1], who composed around twenty volumes of writing, including a famous history of the Kadampa order, known as the Kadam Chöjung.
