Seven men to be tested (wyl. sad mi mi bdun) - the first seven monks in Tibet, ordained by Shantarakshita.

  1. Ba Trizik, ordained as Shrighosha (Palyang).
  2. Ba Salnang, ordained as Jñanendra (Yeshe Wangpo).
  3. Ba Trisher
  4. Pagor Vairotsana
  5. Ma Rinchen Chok
  6. Gyalwa Choyang
  7. Khön Nagendrarakshita (Lü'i Wangpo Sungwa)

There are alternative lists. According to some sources, there were three younger men, three older men and one was middle-aged.
