Shuchen Tsultrim Rinchen (Tib. ཞུ་ཆེན་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རིན་ཆེན་, Wyl. zhu chen tshul khrims rin chen) (1697-1744) was the famous editor of the Dergé Tengyur and a major figure in the transmission of the grammatical and literary arts. He also wrote a famous Sakya commentary on the Vajrapani Bhutadarama practice called The Shining Sun .
