Shouldn't the Tibetan transliteration follow the Sanskrit spelling for lines 2 and 3?

i.e.

samayam

anupalaya

Strictly speaking yes, but Tibetan transcription of Sanskrit mantras is not a field renowned for its strict adherence to the rules.
