I have double-checked and clarified this with Getse Rinpoche, Sangye Khandro, Lama Chonam and Lama Pema Dorje, there are two teachers with the same name :

It seems we are confusing to masters: - Pema Lungtok Gyatso, who must have been born in 1830's / 1840's, as he spent many years with Dudjom Lingpa - Golok Serta Rinpoche, also known as Pema Lungtok Gyatso, whose date are 1891-1963, and who should have been too young to write Dudjom Lingpa's autobiographies as he was 15 years old when Dudjom Lingpa passed away.
