The Three Lay Patriarchs of the Sakya Tradition, literally the 'Three White Ones' (Tib. karpo nam sum) are:

  1. Sachen Kunga Nyingpo (1092-1158)
  2. Lopön Sonam Tsemo (1142-1182)
  3. Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen (1147-1216)
