Chakpori (Wyl.lcags po ri) or Chakhari (lcags kha ri), the 'Iron Colour Mount', is a sacred hill near the Potala to the south-west of Lhasa, on top of which stood the famous medical college founded in 1695 (or 1696 according to some sources).
