The Third Dzogchen Gemang Incarnation

Dzogchen Gemang (Tib. རྫོགས་ཆེན་དགེ་མང་, Wyl. rdzogs chen dge mang) — the successive incarntions of Gyalsé Shenpen Thayé. Gemang, in Northern Kham, was Gyalsé Shenpen Thayé's birthplace.

  1. Gyalsé Shenpen Thayé (b.1800-1855/69)
  2. Tupwang Tenpé Nyima (c.1857-c.1927)
  3. Garwang Lerab Lingpa (1930-1959)
  4. Jikmé Kunzang Pema Wangchen (b.1975), who currently lives in India
