The five practices of enlightenment without meditation (Wyl. ma sgom sangs rgyas chos lnga) are liberation through:

  1. seeing chakras,
  2. hearing mantras and dharanis,
  3. tasting nectar (amrita),
  4. touching the mudra and
  5. remembering the phowa.
