The Four Menmo [1] are female protector deities of Tibet, bound under oath by Guru Padmasambhava. They are:-


Kongtsün Demo - Dorje Bö Kham Kyong

Tsenla Rölpe - Dorje Menchikma

Turquoise Bell - Dorje Zulema

Mentsün Ugchö - Dorje Yarmo Sil
