Patrul Namkha Jikmé (Wyl. dpal sprul nam mkha' 'jigs med) aka Padma Khalong Yangpa Tsal and Tulku Namkha Jikmé (1888-1960) of Dzachukha was a son of Dudjom Lingpa and of Akyabza Kalzang Drönma[1].

His up-coming birth was announced to his father Dudjom Lingpa when, one night, in a dream, “Dudjom Lingpa’s primary doctrine guardian appeared with news that Patrul Rinpoche, who had recently passed away, would soon arrive”</Ref>Traktung Dudjom Lingpa, A Clear Mirror: The Visionary Autobiography of a Tibetan Master, translated by Chonyi Drolma, North Atlantic Books, 2011. </Ref>.
