སྦྱོར་བ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དངོས་གཞི་དམིགས་པ་མེད། །

རྗེས་ལ་བསྔོ་བས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཟིན་པ་ནི། །

ཐར་ལམ་བསྒྲོད་པའི་གཅེས་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཡིན། །

Begin with bodhichitta, do the main practice without concepts,
Conclude by dedicating the merit. These, together and complete,
Are the three vital supports for progressing on the path to liberation.
