ཚེ་འདི་གནོད་མང་རླུང་གིས་བཏབ་པ་ཡི། །

ཆུ་ཡི་ཆུ་བུར་བས་ཀྱང་མི་རྟག་ན། །
དབུགས་དབྱུང་དབུགས་རྔུབ་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་ལོག་པ་ལས། །

སད་ཁོམས་གང་ལགས་དེ་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ། །

This life is subject to many dangers,
And as fragile as a bubble in the wind,
While we sleep we breathe in and out,
And it is wondrous that we wake again!
