Seven authoritative transmissions (Tib. ka bab dün) received by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo and Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa:

  • kama - the continuous transmission of sutra and tantra
  • sa ter - earth treasures
  • yang ter - rediscovered treasures
  • gong ter - mind treasures
  • nyen gyü - oral transmission
  • dak nang - visionary revelations
  • jé dren - revelations from memory
