St Paul’s Crescent - Rigpa's second centre in London, was opened in July 1981. The centre was blessed by visits from Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, in 1982, and (with Trulshik Rinpoche) in 1987, as well as from a large number of eminent teachers from all traditions.
