  1. Ani Kunzang is the consort of the late Lama Chime Rinpoche. Still in residence in Durpin, at Zangdok Palri Monastery (Kalimpong, India), she is a senior student of Dudjom Rinpoche and has been his personal attendant many years ago. Ani Kuzang is a very strong practitioner and lama and now leads a group of female practitioners in Durpin.
  2. Choying Wangpo was born in karnali zone, mugu village in 1900. He began to learn reading, writing and Buddhist texts, and received his upasaka (vows), as a child from his root teacher Lama Karma Gyaltsen. He continued advanced training in Vajrayana. He received numerous initiations and oral transmissions from his root guru as well as from Dudjom Rinpoche, Golok Serta Rinpoche, one of the main disciples of Dujom Lingpa and Thangdom Lama. After he completed his of study on Vajrayana, he began to meditate and practiced continuously in various places in the Himalayan region. His final meditation place is in Khawalung, Mugu. There he meditated deeply, profoundly and practiced the secret dharma of Dzogchen. When he received the power of Dzogchen dharma he was able to communicate and receive teachings from beings from the three other realms of existence . After about 25 years in meditation, at the age of 87, he passed away from this realm in Khawalung with many auspicious signs and his body stayed in a state of meditation for three days.
  3. Drubwang Adzin Rinpoche aka 'Ritrual Rigdzin Choegyal Rinpoche or Ripa Chogtrul Rigdzin Choegyal (1933-1997) received a vast array of ripening and liberating teachings from Nyagrong Tertön Jigme Chojung Lingpa, Dudjom Rinpoche, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Shechen Kongtrul, Tokden Shakya Shri’s son Pakchok Dorje , as well as Apho Rinpoche Ngawang Yeshe Rangdrol and others.
  4. Katok Ontrul Rinpoche went to India during the times of trouble. At first, he served as a professor at the Tibetan Institute og Higher Studies in Varanasi. Later, he moved to the refugee settlement near Dehra Dun, where were gathered the people following the Katok Monastery tradition. Katok Ontrul Rinpoche became the assistant of Dudjom Rinpoche in the 1960's, and the head lama of Kathok Monastery. He became a well-known yogi from Buthan, and passed away recently amids signs of realization. First he announced he was going to rest, and he then secluded himself. He died shortly after. When his body was discovered, it had begun to shrink, and lights appeared. After the cremation, relics were found.
  5. Ghonpo Tenzin Rinpoche aka Lama Tsarak Gombu Tenzing Rinpoche was a senior disciple of Dudjom Rinpoche. He passed away way in Bhutan, on 20th September 2015 at 97 years old. His body was cremated at Zangdhok Palri Monastery (Kalimpong, India).
  6. Lama Jangchub La is a senior direct student of Dudjom Rinpoche and one of the main lamas of Zangdokpalri Monastery. He is one of the four Ngakpas who stayed in Zangdokpalri monastery since Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche moved from this place. He is a very humble man, living with his family near the monastery
  7. Lama Kunzang Dorje Rinpoche is the Head Lama of the Jangsa Dechen Choling Monastery in Kalimpong , India. He also heads two monasteries in Kurteo Lhuentse , Eastern Bhutan , and one in Gelephu in Southern Bhutan. Born in 1970 into the sacred Nyo lineage, Rinpoche's father, Lama Pema Longdrol, was a lineage holder and a heart disciple of H.H. Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche, the Head of the Nyingma School. Lama Kunzang Dorjee Rinpoche is a cousin of H.H. the Je Khenpo, who is the Head of the Southern Drukpa School and Head Lama of Bhutan. Lama Kunzang Dorjee Rinpoche holds the spiritual lineages of the Dudjom Tersar and of the Longchen Nyingthig traditions. He speaks and teaches in excellent English. From his first days, he received the blessings of many great lamas and as a boy, he received many important empowerments and transmissions from H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche in person. Rinpoche's father, Lama Pema Longdrol, gave him many teachings and transmissions, including the detailed instructions on the tantric deity of Vajrakilaya. He has been blessed to receive Dzogchen and other teachings from Kyabje Nyoshul Khen Rinpoche and from H.H. Kyabje Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche.
  8. Lama Nagpo Pema Wangchen (Wyl. bla ma nag po Padma dbang chen) was a renowned master of the Dudjom Tersar lineage from Bhutan, and a direct student of Dudjom Rinpoche. One of his student is Lama Pema Dorje Rinpoche, who received tsalung teachings from him.
  9. Lama Thikchok Dorjee, also known as Yana Vajra (Skt. Paramayanavajra), was a disciple of Degyal Rinpoche of Namkha Chung Dzong Monastery, near Mount Kailash in Tibet. He practised under Degyal Rinpoche for over thirty years. In addition to completing 1,200,000 prostrations during his lifetime, he also completed practice trips twice during his lifetime to the one hundred and eight famous charnel grounds of India, Nepal and Tibet. After the death and parinirvana of Degyal Rinpoche, Lama Thikchok Dorjee and his wife Sherab Yeshe Zangmo both travelled to Kongpo on several occasions to receive teachings from Dudjom Rinpoche. Sherab Yeshe Zangmo completed twelve years of retreat under the guidance of her husband.
  10. Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche was a disciple of Dudjom Rinpoche and of Lama Sönam Zangpo
  11. Pema Lhatso was a Tröma Nakmo practitioner from Pemakö who married Lama Sherap Dorje Rinpoche. Lopön Jigme Thutop Namgyal is her son.
  12. Pegyal Lingpa aka Pedgyal Lingpa (1924 -1988) was a contemporary Tertön from Tibet who settled later in Buthan. He became a close student of Dudjom Rinpoche, and was also very close to Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche.
  13. Raya Tulku was the reincarnation of Gechag Tsangyant Gyamtso, a renowed crazy wisdom yogi of the late 19th century.
  14. Tulku Jigme (d.2015) was a student of Dudjom Rinpoche and the son of Gojo Orgyen Chemchok. He passed away in 2015 in Lhasa, Tibet. (Source: Post on Facebook of Ewam Garden of One Thousand Buddhas, Oct. 22nd, 2015).
  15. Yölmo Lama Dawa was a student of Dudjom Rinpochee in Nepal. He did a retreat in the center founded by Chatral Rinpoche in Yangleshö, the secret land of Guru Rinpoche.
