What does the "the insight into the non-arising of all dharmas" refer to? the third level, acceptance, of the path of joining or the first bhumi?
Or can I just keep the footnote like this, if it's unclear..
Karma Chakme says beings immediately attain the first bhumi upon rebirth in Sukhavati, but Jikme Lingpas Sukhavati prayer speaks of the third level, acceptance, of the path of joining, see here
