The Foundation of All Good Qualities (Tib. ཡོན་ཏན་གཞིར་གྱུར་མ་, Yönten Shyir Gyurma, Wyl. yon tan gzhir gyur ma) by Tsongkhapa Lobzang Drakpa is a concise prayer that teaches the whole graduated path to enlightenment (lamrim) in fourteen verses.
