Three clusters

The three clusters (Tib. འདུ་བ་གསུམ་, duwa sum, Wyl. 'du ba gsum) are the gathering the subtle elements of the body. They are:

  1. inner air (རླུང་, Wyl. rlung)
  2. bile (ཁྲིད་པ་, Wyl. khrid pa)
  3. phlegm (བད་ཀན་, Wyl. bad kan)
