True Aspectarians (Skt. satyākāravādin; Tib. རྣམ་བདེན་པ་, namdenpa; Wyl. rnam bden pa) are followers of the Chittamatra School who believe in the reality of mental features or aspects (རྣམ་པ་, rnam pa). Mind is therefore divided into two: the apprehended, objective aspect (Tib. བཟུངས་བའི་སེམས་, zungwé sem. Wyl. bzungs ba'i sems) and the apprehending, subjective aspect (Tib. འཛིན་པའི་སེམས་, dzinpé sem, Wyl. 'dzhin pa'i sems). They say that the subjective mind is real and the apprehended aspects of mind which appear as external are also real.
