Tummo (Tib. གཏུམ་མོ་, Wyl. gtum mo), or chandali (Skt. caṇḍālī) is the practice of ‘inner heat’, one of the Six Yogas of Naropa, and the ‘root of the path’, according to Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
