Arya Shura (Skt. Ārya Śūra; Tib. དཔའ་བོ་, pawo, Wyl. dpa' bo) — an Indian master famous for his poetic treatises, such as The Fifty Stanzas on the Spiritual Master and The Garland of Birth Stories (Skt. Jatakamala). Many Tibetan scholars identify him with the master Ashvaghosha.
