Five minor sciences

The five minor sciences (rigné chung nga [Tib.]) are part of the ten sciences or traditional fields of knowledge in which a learned person is supposed to be well versed.

1) synonyms;
2) mathematics and astrology;
3) performance;
4) poetry;
5) composition.
