The Lhasa Kangyur (Wyl. lha sa bka' 'gyur) produced in 1934 in 99 volumes (with the index as volume 100) is based on the Dergé and Narthang editions. It was prepared at the behest of the Thirteenth Dalai Lama by the state printing press below the Potala. A reprint of the Lhasa edition was produced by the shes rig dpar khang in Dharamsala.
