The Narthang Tengyur (Tib. སྣར་ཐང་བསྟན་འགྱུར་, Wyl. snar thang bstan 'gyur) in 225 volumes, was created in 1741-1742. Upon completion, a set was offered to the Seventh Dalai Lama, Kalzang Gyatso (1708-1757).
