གང་ཞིག་གསེར་སྣོད་རིན་ཆེན་སྤྲས་པ་ཡིས། །

ངན་སྐྱུགས་འཕྱག་པར་བགྱིས་པ་དེ་བས་ནི། །
གང་ཞིག་མི་རུ་སྐྱེས་ལས་སྡིག་པ་དང༌། །

བགྱིས་པ་དེ་ནི་ཆེས་རབ་བླུན་པ་ལགས། །

Even more stupid than one who cleans up vomit
Using a golden vase bedecked with jewels,
Is the one who, having been born a human,
Devotes his life to comitting harmful deeds.
