The six greatnesses of the Early Translations (སྔ་འགྱུར་ཆེ་བ་དྲུག, ngagyur chewa druk) — Rongzom Chökyi Zangpo explains that the Early Translations (Tib. Nyingma) are superior to the New Translations (Tib. Sarma) in six ways:
