Tsé Guk (Tib. ཚེ་འགུགས་, Wyl. tshe ‘gugs), or 'life-summoning practice', is a Vajrayana practice for repairing, restoring and reclaiming the life force, hence increasing life-span. Through this ritual, the quintessence of life and longevity is gathered from the whole universe, animate and inanimate, and particularly from beings who have very long lives such as gods, riṣi and so on. It is drawn back into the practitioner, extending their life, and in the practice articles conferring them the power to extend life.

Life-summoning practices are often chanted after the mantra recitation of sadhana practices, particularly but not exclusively long life sadhanas.
