The Lord of the Dance (Tib. གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག, Gargyi Wangchuk, Wyl. gar gyi dbang phyug) is a name of Avalokiteshvara.

In the Chime Phakme Nyingtik

In the Chime Phakme Nyingtik sadhana, the Lord of the Dance is the male consort of White Tara Wishfulfilling Wheel. Wish-fulfilling Wheel's consort is sometimes said to be the long-life deity Amitayus, sometimes Avalokiteshvara whose name he bears. Amitayus is the dharmakaya of the Lotus family and Avalokiteshvara the sambhogakaya of the Lotus family, so they are not different.
