སྐད་ཅིག་གཅིག་བྱས་སྡིག་པས་ཀྱང༌། །
བསྐལ་པར་མནར་མེད་གནས་འགྱུར་ན། །
ཐོག་མེད་འཁོར་བར་བསགས་སྡིག་གིས། །
If a single moment’s negativity,
Can lead to an aeon in the Avīci hell,
Then with all our harmful acts accumulated in saṃsāra without beginning,
What chance is there of going to the higher realms?
