- Karma Tenzin Chögyal—a student of the Eighth Sangyé Nyenpa Rinpoche; he did two successive three-year retreats at Tsadra Rinchen Drak under the guidance of Jamgön Kongtrul Lodrö Thayé
- Karma Tenzin Trinlé Pal Sangpo, the present day Tenga Rinpoche (b.1932)
