Müchen Könchok Gyaltsen (Tib. མུས་ཆེན་དཀོན་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་མཚན་, Wyl. mus chen dkon mchog rgyal mtshan) (1388-1469) was the second throneholder of Ngor Monastery. He is well known for compiling, along with his teacher Shyönnu Gyalchok, the blo sbyong brgya rtsa ma. He also helped Ngorchen Kunga Zangpo to establish the Ngor Monastery. He also was the first teacher to teach Lamdré Lopshé.
He is listed among the previous incarnations of Jamyang Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö.
